Post match review

Hi fellow mates and friends,

First of all, give yourself a pat on the back if you have played. We have given our best and all which takes courage plus enthusiasium to even want to play and bearing all circumstances. I salute you guys! Let's also keep in mind that none of us are handpick to be the finest to form the best team we can get but we are all volunteering to come together to work towards the best and enjoy soccer in it's essence with friends around. As we also know that forming a decent team nowadays(especially when one gets older) is hard enough even for professionals outside being busy Singaporeans. Therefore, let's appreciate what we have and given us.

Overall, it was a good effort by everyone and we saw some positives. Defeat only helps learning and is a way to improving. Most importantly, we gain the experience which is most valuable and perhaps a simulation which we can relate as a resemblence of what FC 2024 or even Anonymous FC might be. That aside, We could see that our keeper 'Bowen' has improved tremendously and putting up good saves and a bravery performance. He could very well be our MOTM preventing us from further conceding. Keep it up bro! Praise to those scorers and defenders as well who have worked hard as usual especially guys like kenneth(consistent), Alex, Benson, Lennon, HongDao and all.

There are however a few heated exchange moments and our dear lennon wants to apologise to the team for his outburst and conduct. All we want to say is that we understand and do not blame you for it isn't entire your fault too. The other team also have some part to play. I'm sure everyone in the team would have already forgiven and embraced you. You've done your part with your experience, knowledge and fine football. You've contributed lots and we appreciate you!

Finally, this defeat wouldn't come as an element of surprise, shocked or whatsoever. Neither does it have any bearing nor needed any much comprehension. There may even be more matches such as this in the future... who knows. Certainly we know where we stand and we will all move on with that gained experience and prepare for our next and subsequent matches as a unit(good or bad, skilful or not) much more confident.

Joe
